Michi Yamato Michi Yamato

Michi was born in Tokyo, Japan and started to learn Japanese stage combat at Ono sword action studio at the age of 16.

Ono sword action studio is in charge of many Japanese action movies and TV in stunts and action choreography. They created the original Power Rangers & Kamen Rider (Masked Rider) action styles.

Michi immigrated to Los Angeles, CA in 1993 and became a stunt coordinator for Saban's Masked Rider (Kamen rider).

After being in charge of many TV shows, commercials and feature films in stunts, he established Samurai Action-Japanese Stage combat team to enlighten Asian Stage Combat. Also he teaches and coordinate action to Hollywood actors such as Maggie Q, Jimmy Fellon, Vern Troyer,Carly Pope.
